We didn't open a café to blend in.
Bellevue doesn't need another chain with a loyalty card and a fluorescent sign. It needs a place where the espresso is pulled with intention, where the cocktail menu reads like a conversation between neighbors, and where you can sit without rushing.
Swirls was born from that thought. We wanted a space that feels like it always belonged here — warm terracotta walls, sand-colored linen, the kind of light that makes everything look like a photograph. Coffee by day. Something stronger by night. Same table. Same warmth.
